The truffle shit is so annoying. Like wow, it has truffle and it's expensive. Yawn.
If u want a good burger n not spend too much, just buy the grind meet at a recommend place such as Trader joe. Shape the grind to a ball and flatten it. Cook the burger in carbon steel or cast iron and that's it. U now have here, a burger better than more than half the place the sell it. Maybe not as good as grinding the meat yourself from a grinder, but it's a lot heathier than some places.
