Seriously, who really thought Kenny Omega wasn't going to AEW? They were making merch for him even before signing with them.
Right now the roles of the VPs are scouting talent, booking the shows and a few other things. The bucks scout tag teams and more high flyer types, Cody is singles and more traditional types, Kenny Omega handles? I don't know likely Japanese talent given he speaks fluent Japanese, Brandi handles the women along with Kenny and Tony Khan is in the Vince McMahon spot of approving or disapproving hirings and booking decisions so anyone who thinks they will just put themselves over, even if you are that stupid to honestly think that four guys who have a vested interest in seeing this be successful would willingly put ego before buissness, Tony Khan is there as a check.
Kenny Omega is similar to Sting in this sense. "What could've been" would be a good way to classify this. I'm happy he went to AEW, but I still would've selfishly liked to see him in WWE.
