In this episode I narrate a video I posted months ago rolling with Johnny Yates a decorated Greco-Roman wrestlers. This video is meant to highlight some of the interesting exchanges that occur between these two different grappling arts. Special thanks to Johnny for rolling with me and allowing me to film it even though this is bjj is not the discipline he is trained in.

Disappointed in this video. Please be careful with an Olympic hopeful, there are not many of them in the world, especially in wrestling. I really don't like heel hooks on white belts.

You trained one of my old fighter his name is Alex cazares train 6 months with George St-Pierre when he was on The ultimate Fighter I trained little Alex Bruce Leroy when he was in high school to this day we're still great friends and all he does is always talk about how great GSP and his coaches thank you very much
