  3. Isn't 400 cycles at 80% DoD kinda low compared to Li ion? Why is the automotive industry still not migrating? Or to ultracaps for that matter, those last 100 times more even compared to Li ion and can fully discharge.

  4. Just wondering what these bat trees retail for.  Guess buying one battery that will last 10 years is better than buying one every 3 years or so.

  5. Does the battery contain charge control circuitry inside the battery? Because a cars alternator can put a full load charge on the battery of 100 amps or more if the battery is partially discharged. Also some alternators will run 14.4 to 15 volts in cold weather.
