I see alot of ppl comparing Floyd and Manny about helping ppl out, man stop. Theres a huge difference between them 2. Each grew up in different environments. Pacquiao came from extreme poverty. Which means no matter how much ppl worked they got little to no money at all. Floyd came from nothing too, but mostly because the ppl around him were toxic and using the few money they had on the wrong things. Also pls note, and I aint trynna say nun but, Pacquiao IS a politician. And politicians will use whatever tactic they can to get elected.
