  1. So you can rent a mustang 5.0 painted black with Hertz marketing stripes.

    No thanks.

  2. Jay says "do you think after we're gone, the younger generation will still collect and appreciate these cars"? That's a good question.

  3. I bought one off the Dockery Ford lot in Morristown, NJ when it came out of rental service. PRICE $2200.

  4. Mustang's are the cars that drive the whole classic car trade. Some like to pretend they are soooo common like that idiot mechanic of Monkey garage. Mustangs are the whole point.

  5. Mustangs are a vintage wine as they age they get better their competitors here today gone tomorrow like a warm can of beer !!!!!🐣

  6. i had a gt350h way back in the day as a kid i ran the ba]]s off it and i had a 271 and my hipo 271 would beat the 306 anyway i could run it the 271 had a larger harmonic balancer dual pt dist the heads have seats around the valve springs screw in studs solid cam ,higher compressionl deeper belt groves alum intake my 271 had chrome valve covers that were small and flat made the engine look really small which it was i think the compression was 10.4/1 my 271 had the old shoe box carb and the 306 had a holley 715 cfm i think that was the cfm they would both run good for what they were in the day the hertz 306 did sound better in the exhaust they both had the tri-y headers or cast exhaust manifolds i got a ticket for the hertz car for the shock towers were coming up through the hood causing the hood to bulge up and the tires to lean in i bet the cast was off the chart it was not repairable so out came the engine and trans both were 4 spds off the car went to scrap yard i think i got 35 bucks for scrap (if i only knew) i put the engine in a 67 fairlane and ran it on the street and sold it for 800 car engine and all the good old days i still have my org gt emblems and my hipo 289 plates from my 66gt fb ive had 2 of the newer gt500s and i still have my 2010 gt500 and it is some car it get a daily hard workout its fast and quick and now my 2010 gt500 is the new slo car well thats my little story i know were one of the hertz350s went and today it a new toyota lol
