Marlon Moraes ‘upset’ with UFC for not getting a title shot | Ariel Helwani’s MMA Show

UFC bantamweight Marlon Moraes joins Ariel Helwani’s MMA Show via Skype to discuss what his next for him in the UFC. Moraes explains why he is upset with the UFC for not giving him a title shot and both Dominick Cruz and Raphael Assuncao turned down fights against him. Moraes expresses his thoughts on UFC bantamweight champion TJ Dillashaw moving down in weight to face Henry Cejudo at UFC 233, saying that Dillashaw should drop the belt if he is going down a division. Moraes gives his prediction for this super fight, saying that Cejudo will not beat Dillashaw because he thinks TJ is on a different level.

  1. If Marlon will fight at 145… she must fight Chad Mendes

  2. TJ just defended the title in August no he should not have to vacate, the Cejudo fight is in January. If he can't defend by August then an interim title is warranted but this dude was saying "defend or vacate" like a week after TJ last fought. Not to mention Assuncao has beaten him already and it wasn't that long ago lol. This dude's a beast and I get he wants the belt but seriously pump the brakes.

  3. Such a shit show. Moraes deserves a title shot. TJ has 1 title defence. Nobody cares about that stupid "super fight".

  4. Man how long has Marlon been in the states. He speaks perfect English. Having said that he pronounces "frustrated" similar to Avril Lavigne.

  5. HTF does TJ Dillashaw deserve a super fight? He has had one title defense. A bigger fight is Moraes vs Dillasahw.
