  1. I trained boxing for a year then I started training kick boxing for about a year (but still relying heavily on my boxing)
And now I'm gonna start to do bjj but I don't think i have enough time to work on my striking

  2. Is there a certain way to learn enough MMA basics on your own for self defense? Say 1 year BJJ no gi 2x a week but do shadowboxing/drills on the weekends/viceversa etc..?
I'd like to ask for people who work full time and study at the same time or w/ families so the study part is a must for career progression. Thank you!

  3. My biggest takeaway from this is, saying yes to something means saying no to something else. Time is a limited resource.

  4. this sucks please do some new videos and share the knowledge that are kept inside

  5. Hey Coach, thanks for the advice, I'm a big fan of your work. Can you tell your thoughts about training every day, twice a day? Like Kickboxing every morning, and BJJ/grappling every night? Regard's from Brazil

  6. My current dilemma, decided to do strictly MT for now. I feel BJJ will always be there as far as longevity is concerned. Thanks for solidifying my decision coach.
