  1. YouTube acting suspicious not sending out notifications. Seeking out Eddie Bravo for possible answers.

  2. This should be required viewing for entry-level college freshmen.

  3. I find it very interesting that this show did not include any history background. If you want to find answers you have to look at history. You can not just put history outside of the conversation. It is very convenient to knock studies or whatever but you can not deny history. Also oversimplification on the state of academics as if this is truth in every University. Most State college and community college do not run like this. I hear a lot of generalization and this is problematic.

  4. When you benefited from privilege for so long, equality will feel like oppression to you. Do white men suffer in society, of course. Are white heterosexual men ever generalized because of being white men, absolutely. But over all in society white men as a group tend to hold more power or are assumed to have such. It is always interesting to listen to these sort of convos between white dudes about how oppressed heterosexual white men are. Should we control speech, I am not crazy about that, so I am with Joe in that since. But racism, like oppressive racism toward white men, Naw bro, prejudice maybe. The brown people of the world, hasn’t put white men as a whole through what white men have done to POC. We can start that convo at Classism. But I hear a lot of what these guys are saying, and I could understand where it’s coming, but really. Really I feel this “white male” frustration is more so centered around being told you can’t do something, you don’t have the right or credentials to speak on a certain topic. “What!?!?” So this is back lash. Buuuuuut, I also feel like sure say what you want, who cares.

  5. One minute they say how social media has affected all of this and the next they're confused by why tech companies are so tied up with the "movement" . Awesome ep tho

  6. Rather than claim “We are infantilizing adults” perhaps it might pay to understand how a particular market setting emerges where there is rapidly diminishing coherence between it’s inputs and it’s outputs. There’s a big fat cheat in there somewhere🧐
