Former UFC Champion Jon Jones recently appeared before the California State Athletic Commission after testing positive for PEDS (performing enhancing drugs). His next step is to appear before USADA, the United States Anti-Doping Association. Chael Sonnen gives his thoughts on this clip from the You’re Welcome podcast.

  2. I don't really care if he knows how it got there or not. It was still in his system when he fought, period!
    And this idea that he wouldn't benefit from only taking it during the week of the fight, is bullshit. You don't have to be on the stuff long term to get an edge from it. Even a single dose will boost recovery, and affect your mindset.

    Here's an idea; if you can't trust your supplements or the people that are handing you the shit; then stop taking them, and don't ingest anything you don't prepare yourself!

    If people were being cheated by the system, it wouldn't just be the same guys getting busted over and over again.

    Fans need to stop listening to Joe Rogan float wild conspiracy theories; and just stop and think about it for a minute. It's Jon Jones; a guy who injured a pregnant woman, and fled the scene to avoid taking responsibility for his actions, yet we're all supposed to believe that he's somehow above cheating to get an edge on the biggest stage of his professional life? GTFO

  9. 3 things: there are no 'usada-approved supplements'; JJ admitted to lying about taking/signing the drug course; he left 10 supplements off his sworned/signed supplement list. He's just a liar and I think one of his masking agents was contaminated. JJ didn't need to cheat, but he's so shady he couldn't stop himself.
