Cain was talking about his left knee giving out but his weight was off his left foot, he got hit, and his RIGHT foot was what he would have planted had he not gotten his head snapped back. He then splayed like a deer on ice. Was his left knee hurt from that fall? Well yeah. Probably. But the punch was what caused it. It wasn't a knee giving out.
