At first I was thinking hold on this isn't the first time Anderson hasn't had to worry about a takedown…. but thinking deeper, it kind of is. Both Bisping and Diaz could have decided to abandon the striking if they were getting lit up. Adesanya is the only guy who will not have a choice but to remain on the feet if things go south. The other guys always had an option to wrestle/grapple…. except maybe Chris Leben.
