  1. The level of detail and explanation in the RDL(reverse de ka riva) video is second to none and I can't wait to try it out in training. The video is 40 minutes long and has the most comprehensive, detailed breakdown of the position. Thank you and I hope to one day come train at tristar.

  2. Got the download, struggling to open on android phone. What app can it be opened with. Cheers

  3. "The De La Riva Guard is a type of open guard which appeared in sport of Brazilian jiu jitsu first by way of a legendary competitor named Ricardo De La Riva, although it was not an innovation, and is said to have been created by Tsunetane Oda. ( Tsunetane Oda (小田常胤 Oda Tsunetane, March 10, 1892 – February 11, 1955) was a judoka who was influential in the development of Kosen judo. )"

  4. Hi coach just wondering will this work with the gi on or will the techniques not be affective if the opponent can get grips on you

  5. Great video! I bought it and is a great material, I heard in a pod cast that more videos would be avaible soon. But that they may not be downloable I personaly dont believe it's a good Idea because I would not pay for anything that I can not keep

  6. Coach! I love the RDLR Lockdown so far, but I am struggling to feel comfortable in the position. when i have my hook in and the other locking it down it feels kind of awkward, is that normal? In addition, against bigger guys I am struggling to get under them when they pressure pass. Any tips? Or is this the kind of thing that takes time to develop repost from your other video

  7. Is this appropriate for bigger guys ? I am 230lbs and play x guard comfortably , but never messed around with de la riva ?
