Just leave the brand split like it is and have one set of champions for each title that goes back and forth between RAW and Smackdown.
If they do merge the women's division, I would just keep the whole women's roster on Raw. It could be 2 hours of men's, 1 hour of women's wrestling on Raw, and SD could be an hour of men's wrestling. It would be SOMETHING to justify the 3 hours of Raw.

Honestly, a Bryan/Kofi (New Day) program interests me more than anything else. Bryan is against excess consumption, and commercialism, and that is what the New Day are all about. And this will be something fresh,especially at WM.
