Paul Daley calls Michael Page ‘childish’ ahead of Bellator bout

Paul Daley comes in studio for Ariel Helwani’s MMA Show to talk about his opponent Michael “Venom” Page before their Welterweight Grand Prix fight on Saturday. Daley discusses fighting at Mohegan Sun in Connecticut, saying he is comfortable fighting in the US, but is disappointed his fight with Page isn’t taking place in the UK. He says the emotional aspect of the feud has come from Page, not him. He also gives credit to Page, saying he’s “a really good fighter” but he says Page has no chance of beating him.

  1. This is going to be a good fight. Daley is a seasoned veteran has fought The Who's who in the sport but not without his vulnerability's while Paige has been a bit of a puzzle making work what most would think wouldn't work
But Fernando Gonzalez to me exposed some holes in his game a fight which I think Venom lost a good boxer can cut Venom off.

  2. This dude is delusional he’s a poisonous snake and MVP is a mongoose. The mongoose doesn’t run from the snake but sees a meal. There are levels and MVP’s parents were fighters and he’s been fighting from his youth. Daley doesn’t have the speed , accuracy or skill.

  3. Rooting for Daley. Im good at reading people as are many fans who cant be fooled by MVP's fake persona. Wants to be the Conor McGregor of Bellator but unfortunately Daley being another UK fighter and a good one at that takes away a lot of Venoms thunder. I hope Paul wins, and he can, as long as the dude doesnt get too emotional and get reckless like he has in the past.

  4. This guy will get his butt kicked. Hes lost 16 times already lol!

  5. the fact that Paul cant see how he can lose is mind boggling? feeling you can win? yes. but damn man its a kick boxing match and mvps countering is insane
