Conor McGregor in a must-win situation with his next fight| Ariel & The Bad Guy

Ariel Helwani and Chael Sonnen react to former UFC featherweight and lightweight champion Conor McGregor calling out multiple fighters on social media. Ariel expresses how this means that McGregor wants to fight again and whoever his next opponent is, it will need to be a must-win situation. Chael says it is refreshing to see that Conor is ready to fight, but details that even with a win or a loss, McGregor will still be the biggest star in the UFC. Chael also speculates that McGregor’s next fight will be against Donald “Cowboy” Cerrone.

  1. Everyone saying "Conor is in Rousey territory or heading there" really? do you know anything about mma? what Conor did to established champs. in established divisions is not even close to Rousey dominating a new division with little, basically unknown talent, Rousey was good, but more of right place, right time. Rousey could of never of came into the UFC and did what she did, if the womans division had been around for a while …..and the other half acting like a loss or two, negates everything you accomplished prior, like calling Conor a hype job…its not hype when you held 2 UFC belts at the same time and destroyed the champs in the title fights to claim those titles. I was never a Conor fan until he destroyed Alvarez…but i always respected what he was doing in the cage, how couldnt you? You don't have to be a fan or like the person, to realize their talent or accomplishments.

  2. wouldn't WORRY too much about C-Mac.

    He'll HAVE the answers.

    When C-Mac NEEDS those answers.

At this point it's just clickbait – Conor's for real.

  3. they're letting the Diaz Brothers … rot.

    .

Rather than GIVE the Diaz Brothers full-blown championship street cred.

  4. Could anyone have not seen this coming for Conor? He was never going to fulfill his greatness. He just never had that in him. He was far too busy making fun of his opponents, counting his stacks of money, and appearing in commercials and TV shows while guys like Max Holloway and Dustin Poirier have immensely worked hard to become better fighters ever since losing to him. There's no room for arrogance in a sport like this. Floyd knew how to talk up a fight but was always all business when in came to preparation and execution. Anyone who still thinks Conor is a white or MMA version of Mayweather needs to think about that again.
