  1. Great post thanks Firas 🙏 is there guide to that Himalayan salt and water fast that explains step by step ?

  2. what that 5 day fasting do to your digestive system? i think it will fuck it up.

  3. Really glad to see how you've chosen to look into this amazing strategy. I was exciting with one meal every two days myself, and was shocked how I was able to maintain my strength and muscle with half what my alleged 'maintenance' calories were. The sense of mental clarity and general well being while in the fasted state are amazing! So glad to see that you and George are finding such success… Look forward to hearing more!

  4. Only in 2019 could not eating food be considered a new way of losing weight… XD

  5. Great video. For the amazing science on fasting, in combination with a mostly plant based diet, check out the amazing work of Dr. Walter Longo. I've lost 25libs doing two cycles of his 5 day fasting mimiking diet and I'd definitely recommend it. https://valterlongo.com/

  6. Problem with eating carbohydrates depends if you like are having problems with insulin resistance or if you are eating too much of it which will then increase the likelyhood of getting insulin resistance.

  7. Prophet Muhammad fasted Ramadan (an entire month every year, and are very little at breakfast and pre dawn meal ) and he fasted two days every week (Monday and Thursday – this is now medically proven to be extremely beneficial, and anti cancerous) He was the healthiest man ever. Peace. Ps. Cool video – thanks.

  8. Hey Coach, your company is being very unhelpful with a Tim Tam delivery which has run into all sorts of problems!

  9. For endomorphs, it's very hard to lose weight on IF unless you're doing like a 16:8. The OMAD diet etc simply serves as a superficial treatment to a host of underlying problems. Obese people generally stay obese eating OMAD or doing intense IF. Building habits, practical skills, and consistency with 3 solid, nutrient-dense meals a day with protein is the most effective way to lose weight and keep it off for average Joes.

For mesomorphs (like Zahabi and most martial arts athletes), IF can be very effective.
