RIP Chris Kreski. 2000 was creatively the best year in WWE. So it's only fitting that WWE would laugh at him for trying to keep the continuity of storylines alive via storyboarding, then fire him and replace him with Stephanie.

The storyboard thing is not only commonplace for TV but also in comics. Bret Hart had said in his book that Vince McMahon employed this tactic because the stories were already planned ahead of time
Mick Foley made Triple H period. Triple H is story is unique in a sense that he became the World Champion before he had that one match, that placed him on the map. For most guys, its the other way around, they have that defining match, then they become World Champion.
