  1. The interim champion is suppose to be next in line for a crack at the belt, but if he decides to have cosmetic nose surgery, and the champion goes to defend against another contender, then that is on that specific interim champion. Once, the champion has defended, there is no longer an interim champion. Why is media making this complicated?
Colby Was given a date and location, and he opted to cosmetically fix his nose. So, the champion defended against Darren Till, and retained his undisputed title. At that point, the interim title was dissolved. It is not rocket science.

  2. Colby was not "skipped over." He was given a date and location to unify, and he opted for cosmetic surgery. Colby won the interim title June 2018 and Tyron defended his belt September 2018, so when exactly was Colby skipped, if the Undisputed Champion has fought more recently than him?

  3. If Colby wasn't ready to fight Woodley, when Wooldey beat Till, then that means Colby wasn't "skipped over" for a shot at the title. He was given his opportunity and he "wasn't ready." So, the interim title has some value, but the fighter who is holding it may not have any value.

  4. Danny Segura is quietly becoming the best! Really great insights. Great to see his growth and how he balances out Luke. Well done!
