  1. Firas should be talking about the rumors going around Ireland right now about Conor raping and beating some young woman and how the UFC's spending so much money trying to cover it up.

  2. One of the most intelligent guys in the sport. I hope ESPN keeps the neutral coaches ringside as commentators and I hope Firas gets on there. Firas is absolutely right about the Cejudo/Dillashaw stoppage. If you watch part 2 of Destined on ESPN you will see TJ go over to Ludwig and ask him how long he was down for, which he obviously was out for a moment if he couldn't remember. The fluid around the brain is the last to be replenished after cutting so much weight. TJ even getting below 125 is an accomplishment and the loss takes nothing away from him as a martial artist, the way he handled the loss does however.

  3. Cowboy will walk Mcgregor down and take him deep into rounds for either knockout or win by split decision. Cowboy is a big 155 and has better cardio, and after fighting at welterweight for so long, Conners power will go mute. Though I want Cowboy to get the fight, I think Conners going to fight Max next at 155lb. Easy sell Proper 12 V Jamison. The battle for Irish Whiskey. Being in the life sciences, I can absolutely tell you that Dehydration diminishes your returns. You can see it in the blood. The cells aren't as active and the blood is dense. It would make sense that the skull is caring less fluid, which the cranium will knock up against. Being at the right hydration is a bit like making wine. The grape needs to starve just enough to produce the perfect juice. But it's hard to produce, and you'll end up with more bad than good bottles. It's why ONE FC forces fighters to fight at their weight. Studies always show that a body properly hydrated will outperform a depletion. Good Stuff!

  4. Hey coach, can we possibly get a set schedule for the podcast? Like every Sunday or something if you can fit it in , one of my favourite to listen to just need more consistency. 👊🏻✌🏻

  5. TJ said he weighed the same amount at 25 in the cage that he does for 35 he look good to me and I don't want to hear that weight cut yet cuz go look at Connor at 45? And he was hit by the biggest punchers at 45 people forget that heavy punch Aldo landed right on the Temple of McGregor didn't even faze him split his eye open and all! So I don't believe tj suffered from a weight cut issue!! Henry was just so much faster I'm caught him by surprise that's it
