David Sinclair, Ph.D., A.O. is a Professor in the Department of Genetics and co-Director of the Paul F. Glenn Center for the Biology of Aging at Harvard Medical School. He is best known for his work on understanding why we age and how to slow its effects.

    More important when you eat, not what you eat. But eat colored veggies, low carb and low suggar. Avoid red meet. Intermediate fasting gives same results as calorie deficit. So choose this so you can also build up to be bulky. Bulky good, fat bad. Okinawa diet good. Amino acids bad. Probiotics good. Antioxidants bad.
