Cowboy slowed the pace by landing effectively and frequently: knees to the body, inside elbows, and strait right hands — it's rather straightforward.
It comes down to will and composure. If you can remaining composed during a pressure-fighters high-pace and land effectively, eventually they will back off, because no one wants to be punched, elbowed and kicked to the head and body.

Chael pumping out content this quickly after the event is why he will succeed. He's releasing content while the subject is still fresh in our minds and still the buzz/the talk. If he took more time to release these, they wouldn't be as relevant and we wouldn't care as much because it would be "old news".
