Bret Hart easily. All three matches involved vastly different opponents with their own styles, and Bret brought out the best in them all.
In 2000 Kurt Angle was in the tournament wrestle three matches in the tournament and won the tournament to me Bret Hart still had a better performance but Kurt's best King of the Ring performance was in 2000 the match he had with Shane the year later was good but 2000 was a better single night performance for Kurt. But Bret had a better night in 93 then either of Kurt's at that event

And what most ppl don't know is that Bret did all those matches with an ankle injury

It really depends. Angle had the best match overall between the two with Shane, but than Bret had consistently good matches with all three opponent's. It's like…. Would you prefer Angle's report card of A, C, C or Bret's B, B, B? Personally speaking, overall, I enjoy Bret's more.

Easily Bret if it's just the KOTR Tournament, but overall single night? I'm buying Kurt for his match with Shane alone. Classic.
