Anthony Rizzo On Chicago Cubs Rivalries & Baseball Superstitions While Eating Spicy Wings | Hot Ones

Chicago Cubs first baseman Anthony Rizzo is a legitimate powerhouse on the baseball diamond—a 6 foot 3, 240 pound all-star who knocked in 32 home runs last year.

It’s obvious he can handle the fastball—but what about the heat from a cayenne pepper sauce?

In “Hot Ones,” we test Rizzo’s limits by asking him progressively tougher questions paired with progressively spicier wings.

Check out the video above to see him duke it out with host Sean Evans while discussing trash-talk from Cardinals fans, post-game fast-food munchies, and whether Slim Shady rocked bleached hair better than he did.

  1. Deep dish is not pizza. Its a sauce jacuzzi?Rizzo doesn't know shit about Italian pizza

  2. I'm sure Anthony Rizzo is a great guy. But he was a horrible interviewee. When Sean asked him "which side is more lit?" he wanted Anthony to tell him a story, not to come back with only "left field bleachers."

  3. Well at least they showed the hot sauces used in this one, unlike the first episode.

  4. I love me some Texas Pete's that is some good stuff. Tons of great flavor. I know it's a cheaper not so spicy sauce but i absolutely love it.

  5. Oof. This has to be one of – if not the – worst episode of Hot Ones. Never seen someone so skilled at taking open-ended questions and consistently making them short answer.

  6. Dude left his personality and his ability to speak a full sentence locked up in his basement
