Xavier Woods Calls Fans Who Complain ENTITLED INFANTS?

Xavier Woods gave an interview overseas claiming that it “blows his mind” whenever people complain about wrestling shows they dislike and that, in his view, they come off as entitled infants. Remember that the next time you watch a terrible Monday Night Raw and dare say anything negative about it. Everything is awesome!

  1. Solomonster, do you follow video games media at all? Most video games journalists are just shills for the video game companies and call people “entitled” when they have the nerve to ask for a product that works and has the features it was advertised as having. Calling customers “entitled” is basically a way of saying “you idiots should just shut up and give us your money regardless of the quality of the product.”

There are definitely entitled fans out there, particularly as it relates to other people’s time in public. I would definitely say someone is entitled if they expect a wrestler to interrupt a meal to talk to them or stop for autographs when they are hustling to catch a flight. However, when it comes to the show, expressing your feelings on whether it was entertaining or not is hardly being entitled. Good businesses look for feedback and try and improve. Businesses that double down on what they are doing and insult their customers deserve to take a hit in their income but sadly WWE seems more financially secure than ever thanks to their TV deals.

  2. It's very funny that those same "Entitled Infants" are the same ones that have been supporting his channel. Those very entitled infants, pay to buy his merch and come to see the show.

I understand he doesn't want to speak ill of who's paying quite handsomely but the fact that we shouldn't complain at all is illogical. By his logic, if Square Enix screws up hiis favorite game ever, Final Fantasy 7 (which is being remade as we speak), we shouldn't complain because they spent years on it.

I can easily see this argument thrown in his face the next time he complains about anything.

  3. Wrestlers may play tough guys on TV but they sure aren't tough in real life since they can't take criticism to save their lives. And the whole guilt tripping "We put our bodies on the line for your entertainment so you have to like us" defence is annoying. Him saying that if people like NXT they have to like Raw and Smackdown too because all 3 shows are in the same company reminds of the really obsessive fanboys of different things who call themselves "true fans" even though there's no such thing. You don't have to like every part of a series even the bad ones to be a fan of the series as a whole. If you like and are interested in something or someone you're a fan of it or them. The only "entitled infant" I'm seeing is Xavier Woods himself. "Oh you have to like WWE and you can't criticise it because its wrestlers risk injury wrestling" is basically the bullshit he's spouting. But that's to be expected from a company who's convinced that anyone who doesn't just blindly like and cheer everything they do and pretend all the shows are great is trying to hijack them. A company who, when its audience doesn't react the way they want them to says they live in Bizarro World.

  4. Yeah ok…how about spoiled by growing up with a good product…and sorry we dont like watching three hours of the same crap every week. I was a religious fan for most of my life and now I could care less about Mondays and Tuesdays.

Lets hear what he has to say when their wonderful creative decides to break them up one day and he is back to jobbing.

  5. OPINIONS ARE LIKE ASSHOLES EVERYONE HAS ONE AND ENTITLED INFANTS….. TRUTH HURTS WHEN PEOPLE CANT LOOK IN THE MIRROR ON HOW THEY WATCHED THEIR WRESTLING 20 YEARS AGO TO NOW….. YES U ARE INFANTILE TO BURY WRESTLING AND HERE IS PRIME EXAMPLE OF THE DEFENSIVE NATURE PEOPLE GET CAUSE U GET TRIGGERED TO PROVE XAVIER WRONG INSTEAD OF SAYING…… GEEEE MAYBE WE AS A COMMUNITY ARE NOT DOING OUR DUE DILIGENCE TO PROMOTE WRESTLING

  6. I feel like WWE feed these guys shit to say. WWE knows we hold some stars to a high regard, so they mustve fed Xavier some garbage to say, thinking itll sway opinions.
