Love Hener. Super intelligent guy. Makes me wanna start training again! I just disagree heavily with his concept of what’s fair and just when it comes to the police and the community. I feel he is quite insensitive and tone deaf in that regard.
Not Sambo but learning wrestling and mastering takedowns wit BJJ added is unstoppable
