  1. Jeez, they flow like everything is natural, must be proud father. I agree with philosophy on kids no rattling their nogging until their adult brain is formed and its their own choice in life. Unfortunately in Thailand it is often choice of ignorance and belief it is best kid/family to give them start in life. You see absolute mastery at age 18/19 in skill-set, but often its ones that go past that age with brain intact and learn cunning to go with skill-set that become legends in sport of Muay Thai.

    Regarding teaching to kids, which would you choose between karate and judo for young kids? There is neither wrestling, nor bjj where I live. Thank you in advance

  5. hi sir , please if you could tell me what are the good workouts for making our body hard to move or we could control our body cause when i walk if feel like if someone push me i would fall down very easily .

  7. how is wrestling good with all those crazy slams and suplexes? isnt that bad for the head too
