He probably has a nerve impingement from a herniated or damaged disc. I've had one and something as simple as dropping an apple and reaching to grab it quickly can throw your back out for hours. He's lucky it wasn't worse, but I know if I was him I wouldn't be fighting Brock Lesnar if a sneeze can do that to my back. He could be risking permanent damage, even paralysis
