I love the Taker vs Jake Roberts
That's a mighty big compliment to include Taker vs CM Punk on this list. I mean, personally I felt like it was pretty standard (however decent) affair, and perhaps more impressive that it was done with almost no program if not for the death of Paul Bearer that happened along that time, as bad as it sounds, they used what they could to give it any semblance of a feud. It was clear that there was no idea behind the program between the two, other than to put Punk outside from the title picture. Again, the match itself was ok but hardly something I would rank as Wrestlemania caliber match or Top five of anything.
That said I totally agree that he had some great WM matches with Batista, Edge and Triple H. If I was to made such list I would simply throw away the CM Punk match and add Undertaker vs Kane at Wrestlemania XIV – which was their first one on one match, if the memory serves? It was great physical bout that made Kane look like real monster, being able to withstand anything Taker was throwing at him. That was some great stuff with some fun program too, given how iconic that rivarly is. But each to their own.
Undertaker's feud with Batista is so underrated in my opinion, that WrestleMania match and build was excellent.
The only thing i hate about that match at WM17 is the ref bump. I can't remember how the ref got knocked out, but he eas out for nearly the entire match. It looked ridiculous

No particular order (and not including HHH 3 since HBK was involved with that much): HHH 1, Ric Flair (with the greatest Spinebuster Arn ever hit), Orton, CM Punk, Edge.
In no order undertaker vs Kane Wm 14, undertaker vs randy Orton Wm 21, batista vs undertaker, edge vs undertaker and undertaker vs triple h Wm 27.
Not only were these some of his best matches. They all had some of his best storyline of his career.
His feud with Kane in 1998, his feud with randy orton in 2005, bis feud with batista in 2007, then edge in 2008, and his feud with hhh in 2011
