I'm sorry but is a Chael implying Weidman could headline a PPV because he can't unless he's in a title fight, I understand the level he is at but Weidman fighting just isn't a special occasion. A PVP should be headlined by either a title fight or a unique special fight that everyone is talking about, and Weidman just isn't talked about anymore.
