  1. Youd think someone like Alton would be amazing for a show like this but I disagree actually. It is so obvious that rather than just enjoy it or be overwhelmed by the heat, he is trying too much to show that he knows the inner workings of every sauce thus sounding like a total snob. We get it you are the master but you dont need to show your worth by saying you can or cant taste every specific ingrediant and etc. Or his condescending rating of the sauces. Jeez. Anyone else get what I am trying to say here? Or is it just me?!?!
