Regarding the origin of the Stinkface, Rikishi said in an interview it was from some woman in the crowd screaming "RIKIIISHIII! STICK YOUR ASS IN HIS FAAAACE!" rather it being someing Vince had come up with as a core concept of the character, if I recall.
