Nate Diaz and Dustin Poirier proposed fighting at 165 pounds at Madison Square Garden but there has been reluctance from Dana White and the UFC to open a new weight class. Chael Sonnen gives his thoughts on a special on the road edition of his You’re Welcome podcast.

  2. How about having a super fighter 165lb championship fight once in awhile or a year long tournament. People who wouldn't normally fight could get a chance to fight each other. Someone could have the belt in their weight and the 165lb. Or lose one and still have one

  3. Mad bigger guys are going to come down and and try to fight for the title. Could you imagine Tyron Woodley vs Dustin Poirier lol, I could see Colby cutting to 165 too.
