Cain did it much more recently than 4 or 5 years ago. Before his last fight (that was cancelled) he said he struggled to stand more than 20 minutes and this was about 2 weeks from the fight so it was pulled from the card.
He was just in hospital after a 5 round loss at 41 lol. Crazy to think UFC thought he would be ready to fight the young Paolo Costa who just KO’s his opponent.
