But when you say ribs are how you judge a place but I don't like beef ribs and then say pork is the same everywhere I gotta say something. 1) if you judge a place based on non-beef ribs then how is pork the same everywhere? 2) You haven't had the best BBQ in the country if you can't admit that Carolina pulled pork is some of the best around. And let me guess you went to Pappy's in St Louis? That place is one of the most over rated places around. BBQ is different all around the country and you are going to judge based on your preference of a sweet, smokey sauce? That's specific sauce man that isn't gonna go with all the different varieties of sauce. Get your LA gentrified taste outta here. Experience and appreciate all BBQs around the country. You like some sweet baby Ray's or kc masterpiece BS.
