  2. There is a reason people chop wood with a 12 to 6 motion with the axe. The force created and the added gravity generates a force that should not be legal in mma.

  3. Joe Rogan, as much as I like the guy, shouldn’t be going around making the rules.
    He doesn’t care about steroids, or illegal techs that could do much more harm than normal strikes. Guy doesn’t even think gloves are needed. Not sure if it’s about nostalgia for the original UFC format or what, but some of the rules he advocates for getting rid of need to stay.

  4. Wrong. Ask a kinesiologist, you're actually generating less force than the Muay Thai 9 to 3 elbow or even the 6 to 12 counter a few guys have used recently as a jab counter. The 12 6 elbow is no more vicious than a dozen other strikes.

    What next, no more up kicks from the ground?
