  3. Insurance from any cell carrier is a joke. Most companies make you pay $7.00-$9.00 a month and then on top of that have a deductible of $100+. Just a scam, pure and simple.

  4. I love your rants. I agree with everything you said and the people trying to talk down about chael when he's lookin out for us are insane, he went after them for trying to pick on the little guy. Smh, he called them out on their bs, and he paid them money for the service.

  6. The thing is you signed the Verizon contract which probably had the insurance policy in fine print in the contract but notbody reads the contract. Next time when you sign the deal ask to see the contract

  7. Same in Australia, I had to go a week without a phone! Got a new one and then cancelled the insurance

  8. I use Ting and bought Apple Care for my phone. Verizon and the other big carriers are a joke.
