This was amazing. one of if not the best mma podcast thus far. Praises to Firas.
Firas was great but I would like him to mention two things. Gödels theorem which proves that we will never be able to have a theory of everything = ultimate knowledge. And the fact that although scientific method has the “flaws” he mentioned, it still is the best tool we have. That way he could summarize his critic but also shut down all the anti scientific comments.
I'd listen to a Joe & Firas show every week!
Great episode, very insightful and good on Joe to have Firas on the podcast ✌️️
Who’s a bigger freak athlete Tyron or GSP?
I've been saying this for years. Consistency first, Frequency second, then periodic duration and careful intensity. If I can recovery daily and do 7 days a week, 30-40 min and get in 360 sessions a year, plus for three weeks twice-a-days (my season), I will get 381 sessions a year. This beat every other training regime that I've done and I've done them all: circuit lifting, running, swimming, power lifting. Nothing compared. Most gym rats get 150 to 200 sessions a year max.
Weed has destroyed joes brain, take it it easy nigga. Take more reaks, they make shit more pleasant. He looking like a stressed homosapian lately.
Firas is fckn awesome…! I've been waiting for this podcast and it did not disappoint.
