I have a question for Chael. Why dont fighters focus on the upper solar plexus instead of the head? My Si Fu taught me years ago that….. thats where everything starts. Punches, kicks all start in the core of the body, but I see guys looking at the head all the time and when they get knocked out they wonder what happened? Well, you didnt see it coming…thats what happened. AmI wrong?

Ppl speculate about usada , that apart Harden Baroa nobody lowered standards quicker apart from Johny. But I enjoyed watching Big Rig.
