Chael Sonnen calls Kevin Lee calling out GSP at 165 pounds “brilliant”

UFC star Kevin Lee recently challenged UFC great Georges St. Pierre to a title fight at 165 pounds, despite the fact that there is no 165 pound division in the Ultimate Fighting Championship. Chael Sonnen talks about this decision and what new weight classes mean for the fighters and fans.

  1. sorry, no. If I start making up shit that doesnt make me brilliant. I'll fight chael for the 75 pound title. Get weight cutting cheal

  2. It's not brilliant Chael.

It's retarded, & embarrassing because all it shows is how thirsty Kevin Lee is for a big money fight, & that he actually believes in his own fucked up brain that he not only deserves to fight Khabib, but someone like GSP who at this point is nothing more than a circus clown.

Kevin Lee needs to worry about fighting another person before he gets to Khabib & shut his mouth.

Not only is it embarrassing for calling out GSP, but it's also embarrassing that he thinks he deserves /is the frontrunner for a title shot at any division & by stating 165 which would obviously have to be created, he basically looks to take the easy way out to become a "champion".

These belts are starting to lose their value I swear.

  3. Create a 165lbs weight class then move the welterweight to 175 lbs, that would be good !

  4. even thought 165 not exist, gsp will still beat kevin lee no doubt. so no argument, case close.

  5. I'm the king of planet Virthuvian. It doesn't exist, but I'm creating a conversation until it does.
