6. 7 Habits is a life changing book – I gave that, along with The 50th Law by Robert Greene, to a close friend a few days ago. It's not the easiest read though – needs to be studied and referred to – then it becomes a deadly tool for keeping effectiveness at peak levels.

8. I really want to hear what he thinks about george doing time restricted eating/intermittent fasting is this the way to go for athletes who train everyday. Does it depend as long as you get enough nutrients like protein
