It would seem that Kalenga put something on his gloves that was corrosive enough to eat away at the gloves and burn Dorticos's face.
Full fight is on on youtube and you can see after the half way point of the fight the colour is coming off his gloves and Dorticos is rubbing his eyes a lot in his corner.
