Barboza already lost to Khabib so he's gonna be the gatekeeper until Khabib retires and theres a new champ. If Lee gets an impressive finish over Barboza, then he'll be next in line for a title shot, after Conor. If Lee doesnt get a good finish or loses, then Poirier will be next after Conor.
Conor has until September to accept a fight with Khabib in November, otherwise the fight will go to Lee or Poirier.

I’ll tell you what’s gonna happen. Conor’s going to be suspended up until November , when Khabib wants to fight. That’s roughly 6 months from now, which is enough time for tony to heal. In between that time , Tony is going to fight is gonna fight Porier while Gaethje could fight winner or loser of Lee and Barboza
