Joss Whedon created Firefly which ended with the movie Serenity. This was around 9-11 and so the theme was "people who try to fix humanity by controlling what they think and feel, even if they think it's for the best, are doomed to fail and make things worse. Now Joss Whedon is a male feminist who is being eaten alive by the left for microaggressions. Pretty much sums up what they are talking about an hour in.
This mans accent is fucking amazing! Perfect Italian accent but has great English vocabulary.

There is a documentary called Command and Control about a nuclear missile accident in Arkansas in the 1980s. I could be wrong, but I think it said that there has been over 1000 incidents designated as catastrophic since the nuclear program started. That's a couple a year.
