When they are unconscious … yes obviously. Plus the disrespected behavior should result in a fine and suspension possibly a ban to keep him from hurting anyone else. If someone cant understand why thats wrong then they shouldnt be fighting. He could have done serious damage to that guys back, since the spinal cord is right there.
