  1. I couldn’t possibly agree more with Firas. I’m a diehard crossfitter, and have grown immensely since implemented Firas’ example of flow state training. My life has forever changed since learning these techniques and differentiators. I can now train 6-7 days a week, and have never felt better.

  2. I am 52, and tried many different ways to work out in last 40 plus years, today I train to feel good, listening to my body is Key , counting reps or weight means little at this point, Firas good topic

  3. Are there even any high level athletes that use CrossFit to prepare for competition? I feel like the only thing you get out of it is being better at CrossFit
