Is Anderson Silva Being ‘Fed’ to Israel Adesanya? | SiriusXM | Luke Thomas

At UFC 234, Anderson Silva will face Israel Adesanya in the co-main event. Silva, the former middleweight champion, believes he’ll get a title shot, but either winner could conceivably get it. The bigger point as raised by Ben Fowlkes in a MMA Junkie article is why this dynamic of young feasting on the old happens in combat sports. As I explain here, there’s simply no other way around it even in cases like Conor McGregor and Jose Aldo where both fighters are in their twenties.

The Luke Thomas Show airs weekdays, 3 to 6pm ET, on SiriusXM RUSH, channel 93.

  1. Anyone who thinks Silva will win doesn't know Anderson or the sport

  2. That's why I really respect Showtime's corner for calling the fight when he broke his hand. That barely ever happens

  3. yeah but you're leaving out one very important thing testosterone the man called Anderson Silva an old man and Anderson Silva is going to try to shock the world

  4. Ufc sucks….. all about makingb$…. not a true sport…. wwe more real now…. earn a shot…. #1 contender in boxing gets paid step down $$$$ to let another fighter jump them to fight the champ…. ufc…dana just picks….. boring now…. hopefully One saves the sport…

  5. I've been waiting a couple of days to hear his opinion on this fight.
