1. Is it punishment to not grant a license? Punishment would be a suspension or fine. Don't the rules say that you can't fight until whatever is flagged in your system is out of your system? It's not punishment it's the rules.

7. First question is this. How can you prove that the substance being flagged is not a new consumption. Second, where is the evidence that there is actually different levels of metabolites. This "longterm metabolite" sounds like BS that the Golden Snitch and Dana White would make up to provide cover for Roid Jones. I'd need to see actual peer reviewed case studies as proof
