They're all major stars, but based on how I looked at them while they were in the shield, Ambrose has massively underwhelmed.
I think he was talking about dean ambrose. I've always been a huge fan of ambrose and he's my favorite member of the shield, but sometimes he was stale and tried too hard

I believe it was Seth I remember when they were all together that people said Seth had a big ego and he had some heat.
It was Rollins because when he was in NXT he was constantly asking why he hadn't been called up yet because he thought he was ready but the higher ups disagreed
The signs initially point to Ambrose cause of his stature and hardcore wrestling background (Rollins was HHH's pet project and Roman is well, Vince's wet dream of the WWE prototype). But upon thinking further…I think it was Rollins who had a bit of an independent streak & arrogant reputation at the time. He was already considered one of the best following the ROH title run and that might've got to his head. Couple that with his weakness in promo and that might be the reason why Brisco was talking about him.
