  1. Very good show. To be honest I didn’t watch any of the regular NXT UK episodes, but I knew most of the wrestlers and understood the storylines.

  2. NXT just seems to do quality though I've stopped watching them as well. Was a big fan of Rhea Ripley (Demi Bennett) on the indies, she has bulked up quite a lot and isn't quite the same with a different gimmick. Like Nikki Cross, I thought she was so much better on the indies as Nikki Storm. I saw an interview with HHH and he was calling NXT the new territories… sounded like they're working on other countries having their own NXT's. He mentioned India, Japan… WWE wants to own all wrestling and that isn't a good thing in my book. Jazzy (Alpha Female) is likable but I hear she is is an unsafe worker from a few other girls but she's so likable.

  3. It was good but lets be honest. It wasn't spectacular or anything. Good matches very basic. A B+ show at best

  4. I feel like I should know this but can someone explain to me what’s that black mark underneath Toni’s right eye?

  5. Watching a 6’4, 300+ pound WALTER squash that vanilla midget in Pete Dunne will be fun to watch. It’ll be the only reason to ever watch anything NXT related.

  6. I'm gonna watch the replays. But let me just say Jesus, WAAAAAAY too much wrestling for such a shitty era. Between 13, homecoming, and NXT on Wednesday and it's the Rumble so I have to keep up with Raw and Smackdown, 205 and now this???? I'm all wrestled out. And it's only gonna get worst with AEW.

  7. I wasn't blown away by this show, to be honest. The only really good match was the opener. Balor vs. Devlin wasn't much different than anything you'd see on regular TV, the hardcore match was run of the mill, the women's match just didn't click (I can't get into Toni Storm as a fighting babyface, I just always feel underwhelmed), and the main event went on way too long with too many finisher kickouts. WALTER's debut was great though.

Definitely not up to par with the regular TakeOvers, but that's OK. The UK brand is just starting.
